Delivery time

95% of the parcels ordered on working days before 16pm are shipped by bpost, gls, postnl or another carrier the same day. The transit time depends on the country of destination and varies between 1 working day (be, nl, lu) and 5 working days (uk, de, dk, pl, sl). If you order during the weekend, your parcel will be shipped on monday. For deliveries outside europe the transit time is +/- 5 to 10 working days. Order on working days before 16pm and your parcel ships the same day. Next-working-day delivery in benelux or five-working-days delivery in uk, de, fr, dk, at, sl, pl. Upon receipt of your payment, we will process your order and deliver your package(s) as soon as possible, within the specified delivery time mentioned on the product pages. You can choose to collect your package in your nearest parcel shop (if available) or have it delivered at a specified home or work address during business hours monday through friday. If you choose for delivery at your home or work address and you are not present at the time of delivery, your parcel will forwarded to a nearby pickup point. If you order more than one product, it is possible that you'll receive multiple deliveries. We work according to a ready-out principle. Once a product is ready, it is sent. Several items in one order are therefore not necessarily bundled. Of course you pay shipping costs only once per order. Returns

not satisfied with your order? No problem, no hard feelings. Send the entire order back to the address below within 14 days after the receiving date, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. We will refund you the full purchase price. Attention!
