Opius Orgeat
Ingredients
50ML Opius Amaro
20ML Orgeat syrup*
25ML Lemon juice
Almond flakes
Method
Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake hard
Strain in a cosmo glass
Garnish with almond flakes
*Orgeat syrup (homemade): Boil 200ml almond milk + 200gr sugar. Cool down, and add 3 drops of almond extract + 2 drops of orange blossom extract.
