60ML Opius Albedo
30ML Satsuma Syrup
30ML Lime juice
25ML Egg white
Method
Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes
Shake hard for 5-10 seconds
Strain in a glass
Garnish with a dried slice of mandarin
