Ingredients

45ML Opius Amaro

30ML Ginger Lemon Shrub

30ML Pineapple Juice

10ML Lemon juice

40ML Ginger Ale

Method

1. Shake first 4 ingredients with ice.

2. Pour Ginger Ale in a coupe glass.

3. Strain the contents of cocktail. shaker over the Ginger Ale.

4. Garnish with Orange Peel.
