Albedo Gimber
Ingredients
45ML Opius Albedo
7,5ML Ginger concentrate (Gimber / Dzjing)
10ML Sugar syrup
25ML Lemon juice or verjus
Olive oil with edible gold powder
Method
Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice
Shake hard
Strain in a cosmo glass
Garnish with a touch of gold
