Ingredients
50ML Opius Albedo
30ML lime juice
10ML sugar syrup
25ML Egg white
Angostura bitters
Method
Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes
Shake hard for 5-10 seconds
Strain in a coupe glass
Garnish with 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
