Opius Royal
Ingredients
50ML Opius Amaro
30ML Lemon juice
20ML Honey syrup*
Lemon peel

Method
Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice
Shake hard
Strain in a champagne glass
Garnish with lemon peel.
*Honey syrup = Mix 1/3 hot water + 2/3 honey.
